This will be short and very sweet. We are buying our old country home back! It's been updated but It's HOME... :) It's on a side road and this is where we pull into the driveway. There's a pond to the right where all the tree's are. On the other side behind the tree's on up the drive a ways there's a large Morton outbuilding we park and keep all hubby's stuff.
I think sitting on the wrap around porch is my favorite part of the property. :)

It used to look like this below. I suppose it is very obvious my obsession with this home, however i have never been able to overcome the emotional connection since we left in 2002.

ReplyDeleteThanks Elizabeth, we have already closed and will be in there a week from today cleaning and getting it ready to move back in. It still does not feel real. There is just something about that little 5 acre plot of land and little home that is `Peace`.... We have just put the house we live in up for sale. If i can take a few pieces of that siding off without it looking full of holes it will look like it used to. (i may be kidding myself but don't know till i try!)
